About Us
Trans-Design has been operating as a closed corporation (cc) since 1999, with its offices based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Its sole member is Robin Page, who has been working in the industry for the last 25 years and is registered as a Professional Engineering Technologist (PR. Tech Eng.), with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ESCA). Robin is also member of the South African Institute of Civil Engineers (SAICE) and sits on the board of the Power Line Association of South Africa (POLASA). Trans-Design makes use of the services of a select core of specialists, whom collectively, have gained numerous years of experience in the transmission lines industry.
Trans-Design has carried out projects for various clients in the Transmission Line Industry, Cement/Concrete Industry and the Cellular Mast Industry. The projects carried out vary from the design of steel lattice towers and foundations for transmission line and communication structures, to foundation design and line profiling for tower position spotting.
